After beating Norview earlier in the week, Maury boys basketball defeated Churchland for the second time.

Maury boys basketball defeated Norview 62-50 on Wednesday and then beat Churchland 59-46 on Friday.

On Friday, senior Zachari Owens led the all scorers with 17 points. Senior guard Adrean “Baby A” Newton added 13 points.

The Commodores are now 11-3. They will play Heritage High School Feb. 1 and Booker T. Washington Feb.3.
